I have had a seasonal
I have had a seasonal contract with TruGreen for the past couple of years. They have appropriately scheduled applications and services for our lawn, been timely, done a thorough and conscientious job, and have hired employees who are personal and helpful when we have questions or concerns. I will continue to use TruGreen in the coming years.

I have had Tru
I have had Tru Green for probably 20 years plus. They have kept my yard in Awesome condition. I always get comments from the neighbors &; people that come here. Unless weather interferes it is very green & thick. All of the workers are very pleasant &; answered any questions that I might have.

Very professional.
I appreciate how they always notify you when they are going to apply an application. They also gave me the same rate for next year that I had for this year. It was an extremely dry year for the summer of 2017 so it was hard on the grass, so I am hopeful there will be more benefit next year. The only negative I have is when they offer additional services (such as aerating or winter app), they rates are very high.

Lawn service was good.
Lawn service was good. Phone calls about scheduling aeration and mosquito control were too frequent. One time for the aeration, the rep was even pushy and rude. Other than that, it was fine.

They consistently provided services
They consistently provided services. Provided notification when services were to take place. Front yard improved with treatment and part of yard improved. Shrub treatment provided no noticeable difference..

TruGreen is reliable and I believe my lawn looks as good as it possibly can ... much nicer than the rest of the neighborhood, and I appreciate that. My only concern is, I've been talked into adding a lot of services over the years and the cost has gone up quite a bit. I wonder if I really need everything I'm paying for.
